For over 20 years, our chef Siggi daily pampers our guests with a huge variety of excellent dishes: speck dumplings, cheese dumplings, filled ravioli (Schlutzkrapfen), fish dishes, meet and game specialities, as well as seasonal recipes such as the famous asparagus weeks .. of course, finely combined to some of our selected wines from our wine cellar.
Upon request, you can enjoy your meal also on one of our panoramic terraces or in our South Tyrolean Stube.
Our traditional South Tyrolean Stube is used especially in autumn, during the Törggele period, where you will have the possibility to taste the new wine served with excellent roasted chestnuts.
After a good meal, we recommend you to choose some of our home - made cakes and desserts.
